Peggy brings a wealth of experience from a career that spans both private industry and the public sector. At UC Berkeley, she led a transformational initiative to modernize administrative operations, driving efforts that were critical to the university’s financial sustainability. Her leadership resulted in the implementation of the campus’s first financial planning, e-procurement, and timekeeping systems, among many other accomplishments. She also served as Chief Operating Officer for UC Berkeley’s shared services center, overseeing a team of 750 employees delivering services in HR, procurement, IT, and research administration.

In her consulting work, Peggy helps leaders align their organizational strategies with effective resource management to achieve meaningful results. She works closely with clients to define the future state they envision and develop actionable plans that include their own leadership development as a key driver of success. Peggy holds an MBA from California State University, East Bay, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Business Administration from California State University, Hayward, and a Professional Coaching Certification from International Coaching Federation.
